Part of the ‘Timeless Collection – Womenswear’ range I am developing. This page showcases my creative process for designing prints and scarves.

Colours used throughout have some rich marbled texture in deep reds and browns, with off-white, soft neutral pink and in general neutral and tonal colour combinations. Shape, line and texture are some key design elements used throughout the scarf designs.

Aiming for the scarves to portray a fresh, effortless vibe for a chic, sophisticated appearance suitable for casual or formal occasions and seasonal. Pieces that are timeless but modern at the same time, that work with the ‘Timeless Collection – Womenswear’ range.

The scarves are flexible and styled to be worn in many ways, e.g. tied round the neck, hair tie, head band and even worn round the wrist or the waist as a belt - depending on the overall feel of the outfit.

• Development and refinement of print/scarf designs. Including different colour variations for each design concept.

• Final selected scarf designs (includes twilly option), development and refinement. Final printed scarves are mocked up using fashion ai platform ‘Refabric’ and then edited as required in Adobe Photoshop.

• Some extra scarf designs that aren’t part of the final scarf collection are also included. They were also created using ‘Refabric’.
